About Me

I am a lifelong Hoosier, born and raised in Central Indiana. I am a graduate of Indiana University, and a proud supporter of IU athletics, as well as a huge Colts and Pacers fan. I am married to a wonderful wife, and have 2 amazing kids. My family enjoys trying new restaurants as they open, and supporting local businesses. We believe Central Indiana is a wonderful place to live, and it offers a great quality of life.

I have been in the real estate industry for over 25 years. During that time, I have worked for several different brokerages as an agent. I have always enjoyed seeing the different ways that brokerages operate, and their various business models. I feel the depth of those experiences have elevated my service levels to my clients. I have also spent the last 6 years in leadership roles. My leadership positions have included Senior Sales Manager and Managing Broker roles for two of the largest brokerages in our market. In those positions, I had many of the best real estate agents in our market relying on me to help guide them through difficult transactions with their clients, and provide guidance and advice to help them grow their business. I am now looking forward to getting back to my roots and working directly with clients to help achieve their real estate goals.

Over my time in this industry, I have helped countless sellers and buyers achieve their real estate goals, with the focus on providing expert advice, and helping to make a complex process as smooth as possible. I enjoy setting proper expectations for my clients, to eliminate as many surprises as possible. The measure of a terrific real estate agent isn't how they handle the easy situations, but rather it is how they help navigate the challenging hurdles. I strongly believe that my obligation to my clients is to always tell them what I think they need to hear, not necessarily what I think they want to hear. That honest exchange of advice and guidance is what leads to successful results. A true partnership between agent and client should focus on successful outcomes.
